It is one of the most beautiful versions I have ever heard, thank you very much Serge, I am honored that you have lent your musicality and “that beautiful sound of yours” to my Goodbye Prelude.
Very beautiful,

(Dedicated to Arnaud Dumond with a preface)

In this suite in five movements, Serge Di Mosole remains true to himself: both sincere in his expression and subtle in his phrasing and harmony, which he borrows from Brazilian sensuality, but not only, and always wrapping enchanting melodic curves that will enjoy the interpreter's phrasing. modeling. Likewise, he will be spellbound by the ebb and flow of this music that seems to never stop talking and singing."

(Dedicated to Raúl Maldonado with a preface)

I carefully examined the pieces of this triptych... Serge Di Mosole surprised me first because his musical writing -and the titles given- do not necessarily refer to the constitutive elements of the typical music of my country.

However, there is a strong musical identity, a very singular inspiration... Result: "Three magnificent Argentine watercolors" of three cities that I know perfectly well.

Rosario, where I lived my early youth, Santa Fe, where I completed my studies through the university conservatory, and Mendoza, the "pearl of the Andes", the center of an unforgettable trip with Françoise, my dear wife.

The parts are well made for the guitar and can satisfy high level guitarists.

A delight for instrumentalists who want to delve into these musical frescoes..."

(Dedicated to Eric Franceries with preface)

It is interesting to find works that allow us to apprehend the various aspects of Brazilian music, which are both serious and playful.

Serge Di Mosole achieves this remarkably throughout this work, and the guitarist will find unfeigned pleasure in discovering these innovative pieces, where good taste and poetry are always in order.

With this beautiful suite, Serge Di Mosole captures the sunny, warm, idyllic, and almost carefree lifestyle that suggests the fun-in-the-sun attitude of Los Angeles, while the second movement (America) suggests more the wide, open plains and vast spaces. which also make up sections of the country. "I Love America" suggests a broad crossover mix of different cultures and lifestyles with perhaps a slight bossa-nova accent. I am pleased to be the dedicatee of these three lovely works.

Preface

Serge di Mosole, from Toulouse with Latin accents, has a gift for magnifying the music of the world. Assertive soloist and talented composer, he never ceases to amaze us with his solos and duets, in which we feel the soul of Brazil, Argentina and Spain. It is obvious that Serge's passion for Heitor Villa-Lobos led him naturally to a composition that bears the mythical title of "Choro n°1". The work is quite successful and I hope it will give birth to other works very soon...

(dedicated to the Themis duo)

Florence and I recently discovered the work of Serge Di Mosole and have included several of his pieces in our concert repertoire.

Santa Fe is one of them. At the same time borrowed from nostalgia and yet so alive, the musical discourse navigates between our two guitars, leading the duo into a subtle, soft and colorful dance….

A real pleasure…

(Dedicated to Alexandre Bernoud) with preface

Serge Di Mosole is one of those composers and musicians who participate in bringing to life and enriching the guitar repertoire. It is always a great pleasure for me to discover his new pieces for our instrument. I am very honored to be the dedicatee of this beautiful farewell waltz. We feel the desire to pay tribute to the great masters of the South American guitar, but also a movement, an energy that suits me perfectly! Bravo for these pages of music which will delight a large number of guitarists, I am sure Alexandre Bernoud
